Computing is a critical driving force for the development of innovative technologies that support better quality of life of human beings. In recent years, we have witnessed the emergence of the era of digital revolution as a result of the significant advancement in computer science software and hardware. This gave birth to the new paradigm of intelligent computing which is reshaping traditional computing and promoting the extensive use of big data, artificial intelligence, and internet of things with new computing theories, methods, architectures and applications.

These scientific and technological breakthroughs have greatly broadened the scope of computing, extending it from traditional computing on data to increasingly diverse computing paradigms and applications such as medical diagnosis and prognosis, creative education and training, artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality and augmented human, innovative product design ...etc.
